Causes and Commitments

Mr. Masi is more than a businessman.  He is a leader and creative thinker and problem-solver. From his early days in real estate he has taken on causes that have seemed impossible. At the age of 30 he organized the largest uprising of citizens in the State of New Jersey in opposition to proposed legislation that would have stripped property owners of their property rights.  As the Founder and Chairman of Citizens for Local & Intelligent Control, Inc. (CLIC), Mr. Masi essentially rallied the thousands of residents up and down the coast of New Jersey and politically overpowered the State itself.Larry A. Masi  The net result was the preservation of beachfront and barrier island property rights for the citizens of New Jersey.  The culmination of his efforts was seen in the long term commitment by the US Army Corps of Engineers to beach nourishment and replenishment in New Jersey in order to protect the bilion-dollar tourism industry that is dependent upon the barrier islands.  Mr. Masi is one who commits to and stands for causes.

Christian Community Development Corporation

Mr. Masi is the founder and President of Christian Community Development Corporation whichwas establised for the purpose of managing the development  of the Atlantic Christian School on a 100% volunteer, pro-bono, basis.  The outcome of that effort was a $10+ million complex and campus that educates over 4oo students per year, teaching them a Christian world view.
